We only launched at the start of September, and we’re really pleased that we’ve just won the September DreamHost Site of the Month Award! We even won in two categories at the same time. Mana Pool won the with 8.6/10 in the Design category, and 8.2/10 in the Structure category. We were also runners up in the categories for Content and Overall!
It’s absolutely fantastic for the entire team to see such a positive response to our site, both due to initiatives such as the DHSOTM Awards, but also the response from readers and developer/publishers. We particularly want to thank the various Indie developers who have ed us in the past days – you guys are making the gaming industry what it is today!
Last but not least we would like to mention the site of Marc D, who is also involved with the team here at Mana Pool. His website, Tjoonz.com, won the DHSOTM Awards for Content and Overall and he totally deserved that. He offers some pretty awesome mixes from various DJs (including Zyle, our very own editor here at Mana Pool) – so go check it out today! The best thing: He offers it all for free as well.
